| Then the lights went dark and a soft,blue glow shone in the back. a dark figure walked on and strapped on his guitar. It was art, and the first thing he said was "^%*% You! We didn't want to do this stupid gig! But your college paid us a good bit of money, so here we are! You all ^&*^n suck!". That riled-up the crowd. Their first song was "When it All Goes Wrong Again". Then they played a bunch of the others from Both Vol.'s 1 and 2. Then Art stood at the mike and said "Who wants to be a nurse?" They all shouted "&*^-&^ NO!" Then he said "Who wants to be a lawyer?" -same answer- Then he asked "Who wants to be what their parents want them to be?"- A really loud "^%$&$%*No!" came from the crowd. Later he asked "Who wants to be a Rock Star?!" and the crowd shouted a loud "^&*%^ YEAH!!!" and Art came over to the side of the stage that I was on, and started inviting people to join them to sing "Rock Star". He crouched down and pointed to me first and said "Hey You! The one with the sign! Get on up here!" I was so excited that I tried to get on stage without using the stairs. But I eventually found them. As soon as I got up there, Art came to me and shook my hand telling me how cool my poster was! ---Yeah, that was awesome!--- We all danced and jumped around untill it was over. Then I tried to get an autograph, but the Big Guard kept tapping my shoulder asking me to go. Well, I'm a good kid, so I did like he said. That was the only bad thing that happened. At the end, Art pointed back at me and said "What do ya think of our show-off girl back there? Man, isn't she cool? Let's give her a round of applause!" They cheered for me!!! then they did some encores of "Santa Monica" and "Fire Maple Song" and all the other good old stuff. Then I went home, and now you should too. |
