| Chicken or Beef Enchiladas 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 small can chopped green chiles 1/2 lb grated Longhorn cheese 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese 1 onion chopped 4 cooked, de-boned chicken breast or 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained 1 small can evaporated milk 1 doz corn tortillas or bag tortilla chips Heat soup, milk, Velveeta cheese until melted. Add green chiles. Layer meat in bottom of casserole,Put Longhorn cheese and onion on top of meat. Layer tortillas and pour cheese over layers. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. |

| Rice and Chops 6 1" pork chops 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix salt and pepper 2 c uncooked rice 8 soup cans water Brown pork chop and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Pour uncooked rice in bottom of large casserole dish. Add condensed soups, 6 cans water and stir. Place chops on top of rice. Sprinkle onion soup mix on top. Add 2 cans water so that everything is covered with liquid. Cover and bake for 2 hours at 350. |

| Chicken and Rice Cook and de-bone 4 chicken breast Cut into bite sized pieces 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can chicken soup 1 jar pimentos garlic salt and minced onion 2 c cooked rice, cooked according to directions cheddar cheese MIx rice, soups, pimentos and chicken, garlic salt and onion all together. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. |

| Ship Wreck 1 1/2 lbs ground round 3-4 potatoes sliced width wise 1 small onion chopped 1 can cream of mushroom soup grated cheese salt and pepper Layer with above ingredients ending with soup on top. Cook covered in electric skillet until potatoes are tender. Cover with grated cheese and cover and cook until cheese melts. |

| Mexican Casserole 1 lb ground beef browned and drained chopped onion 1 can Rotel tomatoes 1 can Ranch Style Beans corn chips or corn tortillas 12 oz grated cheese Mix mushroom soup, Rotel tomatoes,Ranch Style Beans in a seperate bowl. In casserole dish, layer chips, meat and onions, soup mixture. Crush chips for top layer then put grated cheese on top of that. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes |

| My Homemade Pizza Crust: 1 c flat beer 2 Tbsp. margarine 2 Tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 2 1/2 c. flour 1 pkg. dry yeast Dissolve yeast in warm beer. Add sugar, salt and flour. Mix well. Put into greased pizza pan. Press out to edges of pan. Spread 1/2 jar of prepared pizza sause onto crust. Add cooked meat and toppings of your choice. (pepperoni, beef, canadian bacon, sausage, vegetables) Top with shredded Mozarrella cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes. |
