Appetizers

                   Shrimp Dip
8 oz cream cheese softened
1 sm plain yogart
1 pkg Hidden Valley Seasoning Mix
1 small can of shrimp (drain and rinse)
1 tsp mayonaise'
garlic to taste
Cream together cheese , yogart, dressing mix and garlic.  Add shrimp last

                    Guacamole
2 ripe advocatos
1-2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp diced onion
garlic salt and pepper to taste
Mash advocatos and add remaining ingredients.  Keep chilled.

                   Nacho Dip

8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz. carton sour cream
10 1/2 oz can jalapeno flavored bean dip
1.25 oz pkg chili seasoning mix
5 drops of hot sauce
2 tsp chopped parsley
1/4 c taco sauce
1 1/4 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/4 c shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

Beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.  Add rest of ingredients and half of both cheeses.  Spoon into lightly greased 12x8x2 baking dish and top with the rest of the cheeses.  Bake fro 15-20 minutes or until bubbly.  Serve hot with chips

                  Sausage Balls

2 c Bisquick Mix
1 lb sausage
1 lb Longhorn Cheese shredded
Mix cheese with sausage and Bisquick.  Roll into balls the size of a walnut.  Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes..

                 Lil' Smokies

1 pg Lil  Smokies
Barbeque Sauce

Pour BBQ sauce over links and bake for 20-30 minutes.  Serve with tooth picks

            Mexican Layered Dip

Spread 2 large cans of bean dip in a 9x13 dish.
1.  3 advocados mashed with 1 tsp lemon juice
2.  8 oz sour cream mixed with 1/2 c mayonaise and 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
3.  2 tomatoes, diced
4.  1/4 c chopped black olives
5.  1 c grated cheese
This dip may be served cold or heated slightly.  Serve with chips.

              Sausage Cheese Dip

2 lb sausage
2 lb Velceeta Cheese
1 can Rotel Tomatoes
1 kg Hidden Valley Seasoning Mix
1 small can evaporated milk

Brown sausage, drain.  Melt cheese.  Mix all ingredients .  I do mine in a crockpot.  Keep warm while serving with chips

       Tex-Mex Tortilla Appetizers

8 oz cream cheese softened
4 oz chopped green chiles, drained
2 green onions
1/4 tsp garlic salt
12 flour tortillas

Combine cream cheese, green chiles, onions and garlic salt.  Spread 1 heaping tablespoon cream cheese on tortilla.  Roll up.  Place seam side down on baking dish.  Cover, chill 2 hrs.  Slice each tortilla roll into 4 pieces.  Serve with picante sauce.

    Cream Cheese Sandwich Spread

8 oz cream cheese, softened
4 oz chopped black olives
4 oz chopped pecans
2 green onions finely chopped

Mix everything together and chill for several hours to allow flavors to blend.  Let soften for easier spreadability

Great for finger sandwiches, or use in tortilla roll-ups
