Stunt: Half/Prep Side Bases: Cortney A. & Jamie W. Back Base: Kayla Flyer: Allie The beginning of each season finds our team reviewing the fundamentals of stunting. One of the things I admire about my team is their flexibility. In this stunt Allie is the flyer, however she is also a great back base too! Kayla who is back basing is an a great flyer and side base as well. Good technique from everyone in the group shows that you don't have to be the smallest girl in the group to fly nor if you're a flyer doesn't mean you can't base. By understanding other positions a flyer or base can really improve their ability. |
