The Armed Drill Team is one of our two
drill teams. While teaching confidence,
teamwork, and discipline, the members
develop a camaraderie while having fun.
Armed Drill Team is similar to Unarmed Drill
Team in that they both march and go to
competitions. Armed Drill Team, however,
spins and throws rifles to one another. Each
rifle is about twelve pounds and are not
loaded. Since the firing mechanisms have
been removed and the barrel has been filled
with cement, the rifles pose very little threat
to the team members.
