�No, we only found out today that you were coming. I�ll have to look in the newspaper for some apartments. I�ll get started right away. Michael, can you pass me that newspaper?� Max started scanning over the newspaper for a new home.
�What are you going to tell mom and dad? I mean, it�s not like they�re going to let you move out just like that.� Isabel piped up.
�I�ll just tell them that Tess and I wanted to have a baby and got a surogate mother to have our baby. It�s not like they can force me to stay home. I�m old enough to live on my own.� Max responded.
�Um, just one thing you guys have to watch out for. Kivar kinda found out that Tess was pregnantand he mknows that one of her sisters has the child. Luckily, he only found out yesterday, after I left. Larek told me he has already killed two of our sisters. He won�t let us get away with having a child, not without trying. You�ve got to do something to stop him from finding the baby.� Karina informed them.
�Do you know if he�s coming to ear?� Michael asked.
�Yeah, he is. He should almost be here. I�m not totally sure where he�ll be landing. But I�m sure it will be near the pod chambers.� Karina responded.
�Michael and I will go out there and watch out for a ship. Tess, Isabel, you girls stay here with Karina and make sure no one knows about her.� Max ordered.

~~ 2 days later ~~

�Nothing yet.� Michael said as he walked into the living room. Karina had been having labour pains for the past 5 hours and was getting ready to go to the hospital.
�Are you sure it�s safe to go to the hospital? What if Kivar goes there and decides to kill all the women in labour? We can�t risk that. She can have a home birth. I�ve read up on this stuff. I know how to do it.� Isabel said.
�All I know is that I want to go to someone who knows how to help me give biraaaaaaaa! Ooooh it hurts! Eeeeeeh! Tess, give me your hand! I need something to hold onto!�Karina moaned as she grabbed Tess� hand.
�Just take deep breaths, okay. Good. Just keep breathing deep. Michael, go over there and massage her back. In my midwife book, it says that massaging the back really helps with taking the pain off the contractions. Good, like that. Is that helping� Isabel asked Karina.
�Yeah, a little. Ooooh aaaaah! Someone get me one of those epidurals, pleeeease!� Karina screamed.
�Max, she�s really in a lot of pain. We need to get her to the hospital. None of us know how to deliver a baby, not even Isabel.� Tess told Max.
�I know. Okay. Tess, Isabel, you two help Karina get up and into the car. We�re going to the hospital. Michael, you�re coming with me. We need to find the others.� Max told everyone. Max and michael got into the car and drove over to Liz�s house. They walked up and rang the doorbell. Liz opened the door.
�Hey guys. Haven�t seen you in a while.�
�Liz, we need your help. Do you think that you and Maria could go to the hospital to help Tess and Isabel?� Max asked.
�Why? What�s wrong? Is someone hurt?� Liz asked, starting to get concerned.
�Just go over there and they�ll tell you what�s going on. Can you do that?� Max asked.
�Yeah, sure.� Liz ran to her car and quickly drove off to Maria�s and they drove to the hospital. Max and Michael went to the pod chambers. Once there, they got out and went up into the chambers. Inside, stood Kivar in Nicholas� body and two other men.
�So, you finally showed up. It�s about time! I�ve been waiting all day. So tell me, where�s the child? Just tell me and I�ll leave you all alone.� Kivar said.
�I would die before you letting you take my child!� Max responded.
�Well, that can bearranged.� Suddenly, Kivar threw a fire ball strait at Michael, but before it could hit him, Max threw up his protective shield. �Oh, so you still have the old powers, eh?� Kivar said sarcastically. He took out a little disk from his pocket in which he placed on his forehead. Suddenly, it started to gather up energy and turn a light greenish as if it were getting ready to explode. As it grew larger, a high pitch whistle sound filled the air. It was coming from the energy source. Michael put up his hand, attempting to use his force which had killed Peirce, to kill Kivar. The energy source suddenly surged forward towards Michael. Michael�s hand was keeping the energy souce just inches away. He couldn�t hold out any longer and he was just about to give up when all of a sudden, the energy source started moving backwards, toward Kivar. Beside Michael stood Tess and Isabel, using the same technique as he was. Soon, the energy source was almost embedding itself in Kivar�s head. �Aaaaaaaah!� Screamed Kivar as the energy source surged through his head and exploded, sending him flying in all directions. Michael started to fall backwards only to be caught by Isabel.
�Michael, are you alright? Here, lie down for a little while.� Isabel comforted Michael.
�Tess, how did you know we needed you?� Max asked.
�You can always detect when your soul mate is in trouble. I could feel your fear.� Tess said as she gazed deeply into Max�s eyes.
�When Kivar threatened to kill the baby, I knew he also meant you. All I could think about was you. You�re my love. I couldn�t let you die.� Max slowly moved closer to Tess, wrapping his arms around her waist and pressed his lips on hers. There they kissed.
�Aaaaaaaaah! Get the baby out! I can�t take this any more!� Karina screamed in agony.
�It�s okay. You�re doing just perfect. Just one more push and he�s out. Come on, you can do this! Okay. Take a deep breath and bear down. Good job! He�s coming out! His head is full of hair! Okay, you can do it. Take another deep breath�And push push push! Oh my goodness, he�s out!� Liz coached Karina.
�I can�t believe it! He�s here!� maria was so shocked. The baby boy came out of the womb and intot he doctor�s aarms.
�Congradulations. You have a baby boy.� Said the doctor.

Max, Tess, Isabel and Michael entered the room where Karina laholding the baby boy.
�Oh there he is!� Tess explaimed as she rushed to the bed. She picked him up and cradled him in her arms. �Hello beautiful. Max he�s perfect.� Tess was in complete adoration with her baby boy.
�Just like you, Tess.� Max said as he put his hand on the baby�s hand. The whole group took turns holding the baby.
�The doctor says I�ll be ready to get out of the hospital in a couple of days.� Karina said.
�I can�t wait! We still have a bit of shopping to do, but I think most of the stuff is in the apartment already.� Tess said.
�We�ve decided on a name you guys.� Max said.
�What is it!� Isabel asked energetically.
�His name is Joshua Michael. What do you guys think.� Max asked.
�That�s a beautiful name.� Liz commented.
