Jackie Frazier: Ladies and Gentlemen, The following contest is scheduled for one fall, introducing first, weighing in at 245 pounds, hailing from London, England, Fear!!!
[ The echoing harmonics of Liberate blare over the loud speakers, signifying the entrance of the now somewhat enigmatic Fear. Soon, Fear is striding through the smoke of the fading pyro show that precedes his entrance. As soon as he appears with Darla, Licking his lips with anticipation, Fear eagerly makes his way to the ring.. ]
Jackie Frazier: And his opponent, weighing in at 222 pounds, hailing from Parts Unknown.. XVR!!!
[ XVR greets the masses. He looks shockingly calm as he approaches the 4-Towers ring.. Both men are now in the ring and the atmosphere is electric, somehow the fans know this isnt gonna be the standard match.
DING! DING! DING!
The fans bust out an early standing ovataion, Fear circles XVR, and instigates a grapple in the hope that his improved technical skills can make up for XVRs physical attributes. It doesnt. With one powerful shove, Fear is sent to the canvas with authority! The incredible feat of strength impresses the fans, who briefly applaud. ]
JP: Going straight at XVR isnt gonna get Fear anywhere, he simply doesnt have the strength or size to fairly compete.
Sully: Well not all of us have the benefit of the Strong Samauri style, John, Ha!
[ Not expecting to get thrown, let alone tossed like a rag doll, Fear sits up on the canvas with a look of surprise. It shouldnt come as to much of a shock, Fear was obviously expecting XVR to have the power advantage, he just didnt think he was THAT strong.
Since technical wrestling with someone this strong is out of the question, Fear rethinks his strategy. He leaves the ropes and resumes his circling. Even though they're moving in circles, one cant help but get the impression that Fear is back-peddling and XVR is stalking him.
XVR lunges at Fear for another grapple but hes not to keen on the idea of getting tossed around like a rag doll again. Avoiding XVRs powerful clutches like the plague, Fear evades his aggressor with a suave escape roll. XVR tries to keep up but before he can reach him, Fear is already on his feet. Blam! A dropkick blows XVR into the ropes, prompting Fear to send him for the ride. Far to strong to be whipped this early, XVR stubbornly hangs on and reverses! Fear flies across the ring against his will but being on the go is exactly how the former Champion likes to be. Instead of hitting the ropes like any other flat foot, Fear gracefully leaps onto the second rope, using the spring to back flip onto his unsuspecting victim with a beautiful Asai Moonsault!
It's caught!
Realizing that hes in a bad position, Fear wiggles and squirms but XVR has him tightly secured on his shoulder. ]
JP: Fear is in trouble!
[ Knowing that Fear doesnt have a chance in hell of escaping, behind the mask, XVR cracks a confident half smile. Hauling his captive around like a bag of sand, XVR jogs around the ring, gaining some momentum. Helpless, Fear can only close his eyes and wait for whatever terrible fate XVR has planned for him. Satisfied with the momentum, XVR leaps into the air, driving Fear into the canvas with a thunderous Running Powerslam! The high impact move excites the crowd, prompting an energetic XVR to jump up and flex his biceps. Coughing his lungs up, Fear curls up into the fetal position. A powerslam from someone as strong as a Samauri isnt gonna be a picnic but Fear looks badly hurt, far more than he should be. ]
Sully: What did I tell you, that caveman may have just crushed whats left of Fears' ribs!
[ Concerned, the referee steps in. Sensing that something is wrong, XVR ceases to celebrate, a look of concern and confusion appearing in his body language. Fears' ribs are burning with pain, making the simple task of breathing extremely torturous. Realizing what happened, XVR walks away, giving Fear as much time as he needs to recover. Worried that the match not continue, the disappointed fans being to chatter and mutter amongst themselves.
The referee asks Fear if he wants to quit, but the pain has already started to dull. Shaking his head, he drags himself up with the ropes and paces around, walking off whats left of the pain. XVR keeps his distance, not once attempting to capitalize off the injury.. No longer agonizing or coughing, Fear makes his way to the center of the ring. Relieved that the match will continue, the fans start to heat up again. Since Fear is obviously recovered, XVR eagerly engages him in the center of the ring, accepting his offer for a grapple. XVR scoops up Fear for a Somoan drop. He's too close to the ropes and Fear reaches out and grabs onto them, preventing XVR from executing the move. Fear manages to pull out of the fireman's carry position and over the top rope onto the ring apron. XVR turns around and gets clocked by Fear. Then Fear hits XVR with a shoulder to the gut, doubling him over. Fear uses the ropes to fly over XVR, using his shoulder roll roll and land on his feet. Fear runs into the ropes and comes flying towards XVR, who is still doubled over, but is slowly turning around. ]
Sully: This looks bad for XVR right here.
JP: Well Fear must have been playing his injury a little.
[ XVR is playing possum as he stands up, sides stpes and uses Fear's own momentum against him to toss him through to the ropes and to the floor. Fear is laying there, as XVR catches his breath a bit. Fear gets to his hands and knees as he's looking under the ring for something but then stops and starts climbing the ring apron. XVR comes to meet him with an attack, but Fear beats him to the punch with a left to the jaw. XVR is rocked as Fear pulls him into suplex position. Fear goes to suplex XVR out of the ring, but XVR pulls a page out of Fear's book and holds onto the ropes to block the move. Fear tries again and XVR blocks it again. Then with a burst of strength, XVR picks up Fear for a huge suplex, holding him in the air to let the blood rush to his head. Suddenly XVR looses his balance and falls back, with Fear landing on tops of him in a pinning position. The ref counts as XVR tries to kick out but can't as the ref can't see that Spawn has suddenly appeared from under the ring and is holding XVR's leg down as the ref counts 1....2.....3! Fear steals a win with the help of Spawn.
The ref holds up Fears hand as XVR goes to confront Fear and tell the ref as Spawn slides into the ring and clubs him with a huge forearm from the back. XVR goes down and Spawn starts putting the boots to him. Fear pushes the ref to the side and joins in as Twisted Emotions shows it's power and allegiance but beating down XVR. Spawn then picks up XVR and tosses him out of the ring before Twisted Emotions posses on the ring. Spawn crosses his forearms to form a "T" as Fear forms an "E" with each of his hands, symbolisimg the Twisted Emotions stable. ]
JP: What is it about the NLR... Im running out of people to cheer for.
Sully: Play the odds John, works for me...
