| SPRING JUMP-SHOOTING CAMP 10 Sessions This program is designed for players who are ready to change their shot to a jump-shot. It is for boys and girls who will be in 7th grade and above who are currently not shooting the ball from above their head. This program is for players that have been shooting a "push" shot, (off the shoulder, or below the chin) since they were 5 or 6 years old, and are now ready to learn the shot that will take them through high school or beyond! For current/advanced Jump-Shooters, we will work on advanced shooting/offensive moves, plus it's a great way to stay in shape for summer league, AAU, etc...! The worst thing a player can do is put the ball down for 6 or 8 months and expect to be any better! |
| SUMMER PROGRAM 16 Sessions This program will start with Jump-Shot training, similar to the Spring Camp, and progress from basic fundamentals to advanced skills. This program covers the "total game"- shooting, passing, rebounding, defense, guard/post play, ball-handling, game simulation training, court awareness, running the floor, EVERYTHING!!!! We also have speed, quickness and strength training in this program! For advanced and high school players, we will work on more advanced shots, driving to the hoop, advanced passing, defense, handling pressure, and plenty of what coaches will be looking for! "Natural" weight/resistance training - proper for age, weight, height, and gender - appropriate, effective and SAFE training for youth! |

| Next Level Basketball is a series of training programs designed to give players everything the need to play the game at their highest level! Whether it be to make the team, to start, to letter, make district or city honors, or even earn a scholarship, we can make the differences in their game. We teach them everything coaches are looking for them to do, to know and understand. We also emphasize players to work at their own pace, and we advance them once they are used to the new ways. We prepare them for next season, and we provide the time and place for them to train in the off-season, the whole off-season! Our programs institute a process and progression to give players a complete understanding of today's game, physically and mentally. Those who stay in our programs, are most likely to play High School basketball! About 88% of players that join our programs play VARSITY High School Basketball for their schools! * *( players 12 yrs. old for 3 years or more of programs and play for their school team) We ARE the difference in "PLAYING BASKETBALL" and being a "BASKETBALL PLAYER!" |
