I began this project asking myself a series of questions:
1. What are some of the leadership principles that i wish someone would have shared with me as a
young leader?
2. What do i know now that i wish i knew then?
3. Of all that could be said about leadership, what must be conveyed to the next generation of leaders?
Answering these question i have identified five concepts that serve as the outline of my book and the leadership @ Large courses.
These represent what i believe to be the ireducible minimum for leaders of the next generation.
