The Psionics Handbook is coming out in March 2001. Keep an eye out for this book as Alashar has one race specially designed for this new 3rd Ed. book. The Psi, aren't a PC race yet, but just wait.
Hitting the book shelves for around $26.95 this book is something anyone who DM's for a psionic and players of psionics should have.
