Optical Resources' will giveaway a fully loaded Pentium III 600 MHz computer system valued at over $1,600.00 on February 28, 2000.  To be eligible, just complete the following questionnaire and submit it to us before February 27, 2000.  There is nothing to buy and there is no future obligation.  The lucky person will be randomly selected from those individuals responding to this offer.  Only those questionnaires that have been fully completed will be considered for the drawing.
