i am so thankful for my little apartment in midtown kansas city.  It comes complete with a front deck, a back landing and a yard for my schnauzer .  It also severs as my espace to the everyday choas we call life - hooray!

unfortunately, most of use do not get the luxury to be at home all that much.  I mean with work, and the dog, and work, and social affairs, and did I mention work?

When time permits, i enjoy reading the NY Times and spending time with Izzi
My friends are
single-handedly the most important facet in my life.  Some of them I consider closer than family and, simply put, life would be bleak without them.

The picture above, caputuring the boys and girls of Chicago Pride 2001, was taken by Mr. Ron Reason.   Special thanks to Erich and Squirt who made this photo possible!
Dwelling in the Valley of Sun is something I never would have imaged. In fact, I prefer the icy chill off of lake michigan in February than dealing with the heat in August.

I have since changed my mindabout the cold.  February in Phoenix is georgous and much more tolerable than wind chills hoovering around 9 coupled with ice and snow.

My family , all choosing to live in the midwest, is  stricken with weather envy.  Oh well, the can always come for a visit.
Here you will find a plethora of resources regarding my professional work.
