It wasnt that bad, a little turbulence. Thats all, Heather said, flopping down on her couch. I slept most of the flight,

Did you dream about me? Nick asked.

Uh huh, She yawned. I- Heather was interrupted by call waiting on her phone. Hold on, Nick. Theres someone on the other line, She said before clicking over. Hello?

 Hey! Superstar!

 Hey Rebecca. Whats up?

Party at Luis tonight. Wanna go?

Sorry, Bec. No can do. Just got back from Florida, and Im not up to it. Sorry,

Did lover boy wear you out? She chuckled.

That he did. Speaking of lover boy, hes on the other line. Ill call you back in a few,

 Alright.

Heather switched back over to Nick. Sorry. That was Rebecca,

 Oh. What did she want?

 Invite me to a party-

You said no right? Youre not going,

No. Im too tired. Im just gonna stay here and try to get some sleep. I have an interview with Teen People in the morning and then rehearsals for the AMAs. Enough about me, when are you going back to school?

Tomorrow. I have graphic design in the morning and communications in the afternoon. Although Id much rather spend the day with you,

But Im not there, so you have to go, Heather said. If its any conciliation, the feeling is mutual,

It does. Hey, I found what I assume is my gift from Italy, but I wanted to make sure it was mine-

Oh yeah. Do you like it?

 Uh huh. Its cool.

I thought youd like it. I wanted to get you drums, but they didnt have any 18th century Italian drum sets, so I thought a guitar would be okay. Have you played it yet?

 I can play it?

Yep. The appraiser said it was still in great condition; it might need a little tuning, but its still useable,

Wow, He said looking over at the guitar case, sitting neatly in the corner of his room. Thank you so much baby,

Youre welcome. Listen, Im gonna go. I have to get up early in the morning and I wanna hop in the bath before I go to bed,

 Alright. Talk to you soon,

 Good night, Nick,

 Night, Heather,
