Alright...here is a picture of my FAV. low fat meal...as of right now anyway! First of all...I do not cook. Or @ least not until I have started to modify my eating habits. But since I can't have Burger King...I have to cook a lil' something myself...of course I have gone from frozen dinners...to more frozen dinners...to canned dinners...and I am TIRED of them...so I have been experimenting...and thus I created the above... ^Eggo Fat Free Waffles ^Simply Best Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes (fat free)...I added fresh mushrooms (they come in plain...and southwestern style...both are good...southwestern is the best, but only if you like somewhat spicy food!) {this is found in the dairy section I've noticed in the grocery store...near the yogurt and cookie dough rolls.} ^Morning Star Breakfast Links (3 grams. fat per serving...which 2 is considered 1 serving) ^Fresh Fruit...Watermelon/Cantalope Combo ^Side of Ketchup ^Lite (fat free) Syrup Total Amount of fat in above meal...4.5 grams of fat I count fat grams...I do not count calories...just so you know. And yes, the above is an actual picture of my food...and yes, I do not have a life. lol It only took 15 mins to cook the above meal. I'm all for quick, easy...and tastes good. Just call me IHop...(just kidding). |
