Alright...here is a picture of my FAV. low fat meal...as of right now anyway! First of all...I do not cook. Or @ least not until I have started to modify my eating habits. But since I can't have Burger King...I have to cook a lil' something myself...of course I have gone from frozen dinners...to more frozen dinners...to canned dinners...and I am TIRED of them...so I have been experimenting...and thus I created the above...

Simply Best Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes (fat free)...I added fresh mushrooms (they come in plain...and southwestern style...both are good...southwestern is the best, but only if you like somewhat spicy food!) {this is found in the dairy section I've noticed in the grocery store...near the yogurt and cookie dough rolls.}

Morning Star Breakfast Links (3 grams. fat per serving...which 2 is considered 1 serving)

Fresh Fruit...Watermelon/Cantalope Combo

Side of Ketchup
^
Lite (fat free) Syrup

Total Amount of fat in above meal...4.5 grams of fat




I count fat grams...I do not count calories...just so you know. And yes, the above is an actual picture of my food...and yes, I do not have a life. lol
It only took 15 mins to cook the above meal. I'm all for quick, easy...and tastes good. Just call me IHop...(just kidding).
