Live Music

Welcome to my very simple webpage about my favorite interest. You have arrived here either by invitation, or by mistake. Below are links to streamable music files that I have encoded into "Realaudio 32k stereo" format (almost FM radio quality), all recorded from live perfomances on Television or Radio. Mostly Rock Music, a little Pop music, and sometimes a few surprises. I will try to add new songs when I can.

Since I am using free pages from Angelfire's webhosting, I purposely do not have these pages listed on any of the internet search engines, to keep the pages from getting bombarded, and wiped away by Angelfire due to excessive bandwidth usage.

If you enjoy any of these pages, please pass it on to only a select few of friends that truly appeciate music.

Bookmark this page in case any of the Angelfire links go bad, then I will update this page with new links.

Also further down are all the "legal" commercial websites I have found with free streamable or downloadable music. Will update as I find new links.

Most of these links require Realplayer 5.0 or higher to play, click here if any problems

David Letterman's Top Ten Signs You're At A Bad Summer Concert

(August 01, 2003)

10. It's held on the median of I-95

9. You can't hear the music over the plane spraying for Monkeypox

8. Every song is either about pancakes or actor Jeff Goldblum

7. The big "encore": a 20-minute apology

6. It's an intimate evening with the late Bing Crosby

5. 90% of the seats are "obstructed view"

4. Biggest crowd response is when lead singer announces that there's a white Ford Taurus with its lights on

3. Britney Spears is sick so her heavyset uncle Larry is filling in

2. Only thing in key -- the feedback

1. Lead singer screams, "Are you ready to rock!?" The audience replies, "Absolutely not!"

One final note, I just want to mention that if your computer came with a cheap set of speakers, I highly recommend upgrading to an Altec Lansing set of computer speakers with a sub-woofer. They can be expensive brand new, but recently I bought an older pair of speakers w/sub-woofer like the ones pictured above (Altec Lansing model ACS32 - circa 1997) off of Ebay for about $30, after hooking them up, I was astounded by how better the sound quality was over my previous pair of simple Labtec speakers. Music/MP3's that sounded like AM radio before, now sounded almost like CD quality. The sub-woofer brought out bass that I never knew previously existed in the songs. I had heard of Altec Lansing for years, but kept putting off buying new speakers. My advice to others is DON'T WAIT!!!
