EXHIBITS

We are inviting educational technology exhibitors to participate in the Conference.

We will be setting up several exhibit booths, to be made available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis. Booth size is 2x2 square meters and costs Twelve Thousand Pesos (P12,000.00) for the 3-day duration of the conference.

Specifications

- Area: 4 sqm. exhibit booth with 2 x 2 meters;
- octanorm aluminum framing system in natural anodize finish;
- 3mm x 1/8" thick plywood white painted panel in auto lacquer finish;
- one unit newline information table
- 2 pcs. black stacking chair;
- 2 pcs. fluorescent lamp & 1 pc. convenience outlet with 3 gang exclusive of electrical power consumption;
- needle punch booth carpeting; and
- fascia board with PVC sticker text.

Terms & Conditions

- Payment: 50% down payment upon confirmation, balance to be settled 10 days prior to Conference date. Cash/check payment to be made to SEAMEO INNOTECH.
- Exhibit area: SEAMEO INNOTECH lobby.
- Ingress: December 8, 2002; Egress: 5:00 p.m. of December 11, 2002.
- Ingress & egress days with exact time shall be cleared with INNOTECH and be closely coordinated with the Center's Security.
- Exhibitor's ID will be provided by the Organizer.
- Telephone lines, installation and consumption charges will be borne by the exhibitors.
- A duly accomplished form should cover all equipment or materials for use in the exhibit. Each exhibitor shall have an authorized person to sign the said form. Duplicate copies shall be required: 1 copy for the security guard upon entry and 1 copy for the exhibitor.
- INNOTECH's main entrance shall be used in bringing equipment and materials in and out of the Center.
- Use of any device or equipment that emits fire, smoke, loud sounds, lighting effects, balloons/decors containing combustible gas should have prior approval from the conference organizer.
- Use of noisemakers and presentation, which may be judged not in good taste, are not allowed.
- No carpentry, painting nor welding shall be allowed in the exhibit area.
- Exhibitors shall be liable for any damage to walls/ceiling and or floors of the exhibition area.
- It shall be the responsibility of the exhibitors to protect their equipment/product and their personal belongings. INNOTECH shall in no instance be held responsible for any loss or damage to such items.
