MISSION OF THE DEPARTMENT

To develop go-getters who will be the stimulants of the human factor in the new horizon of the world of work while marinating academic excellence in teaching and researching in the in the side of management.

OBJECTIVES OF THE DEPARTMENT

To develop graduates with skills and knowledge in multiple competent areas of human side of  management to excel in the challenges of the world of work.

To develop graduates with desirable attitudes and values to fit to the corporate culture of indigenous and, transnational organizations.

To undertake research in popular and niche areas in the human side of the to fulfill the requirement of the academia and the corporate sector.

To maintain and upgrade teaching excellence in higher education of the human side of the management

To undertake consultancies and counseling to enhance and enrich the policies and practices, and to resolve the issues relating to the human side of the management in the corporate sector.

To develop Human Resources Management education as a center of excellence.

To be the referral center for all aspects of the human side of organizational management.
