Background: Local alchemist and all-around snotty elf, Weilass works and lives in Onóna Alda. Often a bit harsh with those who don't have a magical streak, he thinks little of those that do not qualify as Wizard. Buying magic from him is another matter. If you have the proper amount of money he will sell you anything. He was born and raised in the surrounding forest and moved into Onóna Alda when the other Woodelves moved in. Sometimes feared as treacherous among even his closest friends, of which he has few, Weilass is none the less an upstanding member of the community.
