Backed by popular demand and numerous petitions, Chips Challenge creator and programmer Chuck Somerville is in the process of creating Chips Challenge 2.  The new version will include the 150 previous levels along with 200 new ones.  It is not known when Chips Challenge will be available to the general public, but it will be backed by much hype.  Some new features will include a new character - Melinda who can walk on ice, ghosts, IC Chips (A different kind of chip), ice cleats instead of skates, fire boxes, and more.
