Meet "Catlisto." Ok, so it doesn't look much like Cal, fact is, it wasn't originally meant to. But after I had drawn the pictures I thought they looked a bit like Cal as she would appear if she were a cat-girl so I put them up.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words. This one is worth 414 ;)
"Oh! Xena, they have cherries!" Gabrielle cried excitedly. Her eyes were sparkling and her smile made her appear even more beautiful as she read the inn's menu. Even after traveling with me for so long she still has that innocence and sweetness she had when we first met, Xena thought wistfully. Her eyes drifted down from Gabrielle's smile to her bare belly, better abs though, and she reveals more of them.
Xena's reverie was broken when she heard footsteps approach their table. She turned and intently observed the approaching strangers. She didn't like what she saw. Scruffy men in psoriatic armor could only mean one thing: an evil warlord and his abhorrent henchmen. I could tell time by when these guys appear; it's as if I just get rid of one to have another show up.
"Hello, Xena," the leading man smiled maliciously as he spoke.
"Why, hello Nameless Evil Warlord. Do you have a death wish today?"
Gabrielle looked up, "Oh? Warlord du jour?" she yawned. "If the waitress stops by while you're kicking their asses what shall I order for you?"
"Just the usual," Xena smiled at her companion and rose to face the evil warlord.
"Ha! I shall defeat you and become the biggest badest warlord ever!" He lunged forward. His minions just milled about, they knew that they should only attack one at a time.
Xena easily parried that attack, "You guys are all the same. You show up, make threats, boast, and then I kick your ass. What makes you think you're special?"
The nameless evil warlord paused and scratched his lice-ridden head. He looked perplexed for a few moments and then gave up cognition as a lost cause. He lunged again.
Xena sighed, "Is it too much to ask for a clever, articulate, handsome, but still defeatable villain?"
Gabrielle pondered and spoke, "Alti was good, and so was Callisto. Your problem, Xena, is that you kill all the good foes/rivals/enemies. And then what are we left with? The lice-ridden dirty adversary-wannabes. Basically you're damned if you do and damned if you don't."
As Gabrielle spoke Xena punched, kicked, and flipped delivering mayhem to the minions and their warlord. Finally she tired of toying with the warlord-wannabe and knocked him back into his mangy minions. She pointed the sword at them and spoke as she reached for her chakram, "If you thought that was fun, you'll love what I have behind my back." She smiled as they raced out the door.
A more somber piece by Zeplerfer entitled "Last Kiss" even though they aren't actually kissing. I can see why she didn't try to draw them kissing, with noses like that it might get a tad difficult ;)

Xena and Gabby are in the x-mas spirit! They're out to reward the nice and punish the naughty. Provided Gabby doesn't eat her stick ;)
