It all started with Tanner who played bass and Justin who played guitar who met when they started playing in a supposedly heavy christian band called IN HIS NAME..., but then the band broke up when frontman and rythym guitarist Robby moved. And thus leaving Tanner and Justin singerless so in respect for the original band they change there name to Ixoye(pronounced ik-fus) but Justin somewhat lost his passion for the music so nothing came of Ixoye. After a month or two of not playing in a band Tanner started a band(it had many names) with his brother Derek. With Tanner on the bass and Derek on guitar, but they could not find a singer and a drummer thus making having a band difficult. Finally Justin decided he wanted to start playing again. At the same time Brandon had started taking an interest in the turntables. So they all decided to start playing again. And after much thought it was decided that Derek should play bass and tanner should be the frontman. Although the lineup is not solidified the band is still rockin hard. And that i s the story of how the mayhem began.
