1. How do I Order ?

How to Place an Order From the Home Page, click on 'Shop Online' from the left navigation bar. Click on a department button from the Catalog page (e.g. phones, apparel). Click on a category of item. Click on an item to view from the list that appears and click on 'Add to Cart'.

2. How do I add items to my Shopping Cart?

Whether you decide to register or not, shopping online with SBC Pioneer Shoppe Online is designed to be a stress-free experience. Click on a department from the buttons on the left of your screen. Click on the 'Add to Cart' button. The item will then be placed in your shopping cart until you check out. You can glance in your cart at any time by clicking on the 'View Shopping Cart' button.

3. What if I change my mind about an item in my Shopping Cart or just forget what I've got in there?

To check out what's in your Cart, click on the 'View Shopping Cart' button. You can click around in here, change the quantity of items, whatever. To delete an item, you can either change the quantity to '0' or check the 'Delete' box. You can then check out by clicking on 'Proceed'.

4. How do I checkout?

It's a four step process:

  1. Click on the 'View Bag/Checkout' button. Your shopping bag appears and you can review your order.
  2. Click on the 'Proceed' button to advance on to the 'Billing and Shipping' page. Type in all your info, (make sure you use your credit card billing address for the Bill To address to avoid delays in your order) and select your shipping method (next day or regular delivery). Registered users will already have their Billing Info filled in but can still edit it or choose a different shipping address.
  3. Click on the 'Proceed' button to advance to the next page. Verify your Billing and Shipping addresses and type in your credit card information.
  4. Click 'Process Order' to finish checking out. Your order will not be received until you click this button. A confirmation page will appear indicating that the order has been received.

5. How can I be sure my order went through?

Once we receive your order, you'll receive an email confirmation usually within minutes. The email will include an order number for your reference. If it's been a couple hours and you have not received your email, call us at 314-247-0404. We can provide you with your order number so that you can track your stuff.
