LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR NETMATE SOFTWARE

IMPORTANT READ CAREFULLY: This agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Netmate Software, Inc. for the NetMate software identified above, which includes computer software and associated media. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.  If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, please do not install or otherwise use the software.

 Governing Law

The laws of the United Kingdom shall govern this agreement. 

Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which “NETMETE” may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

 The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

 Terms and Conditions

This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30-days. If you decide to use this software after the 30-day evaluation period the appropriate registration fee is required.

 Unregistered use of Net Mate after the 30-day evaluation period is in violation of UK and international copyright laws.

You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any copies, however made; and from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products (Commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.

You can freely distribute Netmate provided that you do not give away any Registration Codes. This is because you would be allowing users to register illegal copies of Netmate under your name. You may not use this software across any form of network without a Netmate site license.
