Any order is deemed to constitute acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
1) All prices given by Netfords include Tax.
2) There are no charges for postage and packaging. We offer free delivery.
3) Every effort is made to display prices accurately, however, on rare occasions, mistakes happen. In this instance Netfords will correct the mistake and inform the Customer so that they can decide whether to continue with the order at the correct price.
4) If Netfords fails to deliver the order for any reasons other than any cause beyond Netfords reasonable control or the Customer's fault and Netfords is liable to the Customer, Netfords liability shall be limited to the invoice price of the goods.
5) The validity, creation and presentation of this agreement shall be governed by English Law.
General Guidance Notes
Orders received before 3 PM on any working day (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 3PM will be dispatched on next working day.
All orders are dispatched by Standard post. Please note that the Post Office does not guarantee next day delivery. So please allow between 10 -15 days for delivery.
All transactions are checked prior to orders being sent out. Please make sure that the details you give us are correct. We accept no responsibility for any order delayed as a result of incorrect payment details being given.
Cancellations and Refunds
Customer has the right to cancel there order 7 working days after the order has been placed. Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated. Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited. Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the management. There is a cancellation fee to cover postage and packaging cost, which is 10% of the price..
This does not affect your statutory rights.
