Jackie was only sixteen years old when God called him home. He was taken from us that tragic day in May of 1999. He was killed about a mile from our small town Texas home while horse back riding with his best friend, David. Jack was my only brother and the baby in the family. To tell you that he is missed is an understatement. I do not know how my parents go on. Their lives are so different now.

Jackie was survived by 3 sisters and his parents. We love you bubba. Life is not the same without you here. Jack was well liked and very popular in school. All the kids stood on the 50 yard line that night in May until they brought my brother's body home. There were so many people at his services. So many people thought so much of him. He was a handsome young cowboy. Jack would be graduating in May of this year. His class mates are giving us his cap and gown. That night will be so hard for us all. No one could ever take his place in my heart.
