A few hours later
JC was lazily sitting by the television, drinking a glass of ice water, flipping through the channels of the Digital Cable, trying to find out of the channels something interesting to watch until Raven came home.
Why did she have to do that?
She fucked up his life forever.
He was ready for a son.
Or even a daughter. But not from Raven.
The soup was still lukewarm on the stove as he got up and headed to the bathroom, needing to go to the bathroom from how much water he had drank. As he walked into the bathroom, his shocked eyes laid on the pregnancy test in the middle of the floor.
It looked like it had a curse put upon it.
JC picked it up and threw it away, wanting to think of anything but his former assistants little problem. It was her fault, he thought, shes the one that got drunk, shes the one that drug me away from Bobbee, shes the one that wanted to fuck things up.
But oh how wrong he was.
Raven walked through the unlocked door and smelt the light scent of chicken noodle soup on the stove. She wasnt very appetized.
In fact, it made her want to throw up.
She held a hand in front of her mouth as she ran to the bathroom, as JC was unzipping his pants and threw up in the toilet.
Oh great, JC replied to her, Hi to you, too.
Raven just lost her breakfast, only thinking about her decision, as JC walked out of the room, going outside.
I get more peace outside, he sighed and unzipped his pants again, hiding behind a bush trying to relieve himself.
He looked strangely out at the road, seeing 2 older 30-year old ladies jogging by, waving at him and giggling.
Oh god, he muttered as he finished his business and blushed a bright shade of red as the ladies jogged away. He saw Raven coming outside as he zipped himself back up and turned to her, the fire burning in his eyes, Rave-
Dont say a word, she said quietly, coming down the steps and towards him, her green eyes full of fear for what he had to say to her, I dont want to hear it.
Why did you do it? he asked her, stroking a hand through her thin black hair and looking at her pale face.
JC, you wouldnt care about your baby, so I got rid of it, she said painfully, tears starting to come to her eyes, You have enough things to worry about.
JC put on a thoughtful expression. She was right, he did have enough things to worry about. And not to be a cruel prick or anything, but he wouldnt care for the baby. Being the good father was Joeys job.
He wanted a child from Bobbee for some odd reason.
Raven would have had to care for it by herself.
All he would do to be the loving father figure would be financial support.
He didnt love Raven, he had made a mistake. They both had.
I can see you dont want any soup, JC replied, both of them walking into the house, Why dont you lay down and get some rest? Ill go along and let you be.
Raven sighed to herself, she didnt want JC to see her so weak, she wasnt sure if she had made a mistake or not, Okay, thanks for coming, she said, heading to the bedroom for some well-deserved sleep.
JC sighed, ran another hand through his disheveled hair, Now please, just get over it. You-, you can take this, he said to himself, starting to feel a little sensitive about this issue.
But he wouldnt shed tears. Not for Raven. Not in a million years. He was only her friend. Nothing more. Nothing more ever.
He walked out of the door, shutting it quietly behind him, and out of her life.
