Basics of Web page design: NEPSA organized basics of web page design course on 14th January 2006. Total of thirteen NEPSA members participated in the course.

 

New Year 2006 Celebrations: Christmas and New Year Celebrations were organised at ABC Hall, Pentagon  on 31 December 2005. NEPSA members and other international students of Norwegian University of Life Sciences attended the party. The programme was celebrated as one of the regular activities of NEPSA.

 

Third AGM: Third  annual general meeting of NEPSA was organised on 23 December 2005. The AGM has elected Mr. Krishna Raj Tiwari, Bed Mani Dahal, Hema Awasthi as the president, Secretary, and Treasurer respectively along with four executive members: Dilli Raj Upadhyay, Kumar Pandit, Pushpa Raj Tiwari and Shrija Mathema Shrestha. The AGM has given mandate for a year to the new executive committee.

Prof. Per Wegge has been honored: During its third annual general meeting, NEPSA awarded an honorary membership to Prof. Per Wegge for his outstanding contribution in biodiversity conservation in Nepal. Prof. Wegge is one of the pioneer scientists in designing protected area systems of Nepal. In addition, he has been involved in the field of training, education and research for the past 30 years resulting in more than 50 documented scientific works pertaining to natural resources conservation in Nepal.

Grill Party 2005 Summer: A grill party has been organised on the honour of freshly graduated students from UMB. On the same occasion, the present executive committee (EC) of NEPSA honoured the EC members of 2004 by providing the certificate of appreciation.

Programme on International Women's Group: A Nepali Women's Cafe Programme was organised on 23rd of April 2005. The programme was supported by the International Women's Group in Norway, �s branch. The programme has cultural show and cultural exhibition in addition to the dinner.

New Year 2062: New Year 2062 has been celebrated in Skogveien. The programme was started with the dinner and continued as the cultural programme. The new year greetings were exchanged at 12:00 Nepali time (20:15 Norwegian time).

Holy 2005: One of the important festivals of Hindus, Holy, was celebrated by Nepalese in �s. All the NEPSA members present in �s participated the programme.
