Pokemon Card
This game first hit the scene a year ago and will be released in the U.S. on April 10, 2000. This game was first attempted to be translated by the original Trans-Otaku team.
After playing this game for a while and getting cards in which i didn't know what they were, I decided to translate it so I know. If you have not gotten it already, I have taken over their project but you might think this is bad timing but it is not. Since February 21, 2000, I have restarted their project from scratch, using translations based on their original version.
Current Status: Temporarily Stopped
This project has been stopped because on April 10, 2000, this game will finally be released in English and there will be no need for this translation. However, after a person on a message board at a now defunct sight brought up a key point that the U.S. version might or will be censored. So therefore this project might be reopened again and this explains the temporarily part.
In the latest version of the game, 200 of the 225 cards are translated and all the people in Ooyama Labs have been translated in addition to the original work done by Trans-Otaku. However, when I translated the 200 of 225 cards, some of the descriptions of the cards might be vague so I recommend downloading the card spoliers (courtesy of The PoJo) that are my Downloads page. The newest version of the patch can be found on the Downloads page as well.
