In this small section, The Windows Menu Section, I will tell you of a few things I found to be slightly different than Win98.
The Main things I found to be slightly defferent in ME is:
1.) It pops up faster when under a lot of memory useage
2.) It is slightly different, mainly by name
3.) There is this double down arrow thing that expands everything
