Welcome to Metalic Blue - New age design for the 21st century.
About Metalic Blue - Metalic Blue and Baby Metalic Blue were founded by Charles Ritz II on December 28th, 2003, though the original plans could date back all the way to 2002. Charles had an image to create his own name brand clothing and accessories, much like name brand clothing such as Mudd* and other brands. After much thought and planning, Charles decided to call his company Metalic Blue. After all, he felt the name had a good ring to it, not to mention his favorite color was metalic blue. Then after much more planning, Charles designed two primative logos to use for his items. The first logo, as seen here, just wasn't good enough. So after more design attempts, he created the current one, also found here (and in the upper left hand corner). The final version is yet to come, however the current version is what nearly every logo and button is based off of. Charles created the logo, names, and everything else as seen on this site.

About Charles Ritz II - Charles Ritz II was born on November 3rd, 1984 in West Berlin (behind the Iron Curtin) to two Americans (both military, though he eventually made it back to the states with his family, where he now lives in Colorado). Though young (don't let age ever fool you), Charles always wanted to go into business. His first ideas where to open a store called Mod World, which sold electronic Mod chips for various game consols. However, because the cost would have been too much (and the name already taken) Charles decided to wait. Then, Charles started to do research on local storefront rent and even started to develope a business manual. He wanted to creat a new and used gaming store. However, because of the lack of funds and time (as he was still in high school) he was never able to fulfill is dream. Then, in the fall of 2002, Charles heard of CafePress, where you could open your own store with no cost to you. Charles decided to try it, but again his ideas where foiled by the lack of being able to draw and the lack of any good ideas. Finally, on December 28th, 2003 Charles was finally able to open his store, Metalic Blue, at CafePress.
