Reflection on The Man Who Never Ran Out of Plans

This essay exemplifies the Culturally Empowered Community Member ESLR because it shows my tolerance in acknowledging someone outside my family as a very important person in my life.  Although I received a high grade for this essay, it had its main flaws in grammar and sentence structure with the usage of and’s, but’s, I’s, and general wrong diction in some places.  This essay was strong because my experiences with this person were still fresh in my mind allowing me to provide more than enough information needed to cover all parts of the criteria.  To add on, this topic was one that I was actually excited to write about; I ended up putting my heart into this paper making it one of the best I have ever written.  This assignment made me realize the importance of having good friends and has led me to change my personality to become less jealous of my friends’ accomplishments and to try to lighten up my always-serious emotions.
