Dear Readers, Members and Colleagues,
Along with the publication of its 9th issue (see <http://www.internationalscope.org/journal/volume%202003/issue%209/issue9_edito.htm>), The International Scope Review wishes to welcome new members to its Editorial Advisory Board. The Editorial Advisory Board has two missions tu fulfil: - evaluating globally the work of the Review and advising its future developments - networking to enhance our notoriety. If you feel that you would be likely to contribute, please contact us and send a full CV as an attachment. The Review would like to examine candidacies from top level academicians. It will also be pleased to consider candidacies from representatives of the "civil society" or practicioners with an excellent academic background.
