New England Legal Transcription

Procedures

1.    Email Deborah at [email protected] to schedule the tapes for transcription. Please include a phone number where you can be reached.
2.    Package your tapes either using a box or soft pack envelope.
3.    Use our Online Information Form to email the pertinent information regarding the case, such as the court information, docket numbers, dates, attorneys and correct spelling of witnesses. The more information we have, the better your transcript will be.
4.    Print a copy of our Information Form to include any pertinent information regarding the case.
5.    For CPCS cases, please include a copy of either the NAC or Motion for Expenses. We will bill the CPCS directly.

6.    If you're requesting a floppy disk, specify which format you would like for the transcript, either Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, HTML, or plain text. If a format is not specified, the transcript will be done using Corel Word Perfect.
7.    Mail package to:

Deborah Redley, PO Box 3183, Peabody, Mass 01961-3183

8.    A confirmation email will be sent once the tapes are received. We will call or email you with any questions.
9.    Make sure that we have the correct mailing address for delivery. You will be provided with two copies of the transcript. If you would like additional copies and/or a floppy disk, please let us know.
10.   Upon completion, the transcript will be sent via email. The tapes and hard copies will be mailed out on the next business day.
