Daemonarch is a side project by Fernando Ribeiro of Moonspell and apparently all other Moonspell members except probably Mike (since the amazing drumming in this CD is purported to be made by a drum machine). Moonspell were exploring different sonorities at the time (1998) and so they decided to make a sort of Black Metal comeback with Daemonarch (which is rumoured to have been a name that was considered back when they decided to drop Morbid God). The CD received amazing reviews. The gods only know whether there will be a follow-up.
