I've been writing music since about 1984. It has been said that my compositional style falls somewhere between Frank Zappa, King Crimson and Paul Hindemith. With some jazz thrown in. |

| I typically work on writing and recording my music after 9:00 at night, when the kids are going to sleep. This certainly puts a limit on my recordings, but as my kids get older my time in the studio is increasing. | |||||
| Volume 4 is still being recorded. I use my widest range of instruments, and it includes: electric bass (Fender precision), fretless bass, electric & acoutic guitars, ukelele, violin, | |||||
| flute, clarinet, trumpet, trombone, mellophone,didgeridoo, bells, percussion (various shakers, tambourines, woodblocks, triangles, etc..), and drumset. | |||||
| Recording these different instruments each pose its own problem. I learn something every time I record.. | |||||
