Minimum/General Experience: Minimum 8 years practice and/or experience and demonstrated ability pertaining to discipline.

Functional Responsibility:

• Supervises and manages the daily activities of configuration and operation of information technology systems which may be mainframe, mini, or client/server based.
• Ensures systems and applications are compliant with standards for open system architectures and reference models.
• Responsible for the development, operation and maintenance of information technology systems, including connectivity with the enterprise-wide or large-scale network.
• Performs systems analysis and troubleshooting, of IT systems. Recommends solutions and implements fixes.
• Provides assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems.

Experience: 8 + years applicable experience.

Minimum Education: BS in Computer Science or related curriculum; Experience may be substituted depending upon the extent related to program.
