Since June, 2000, the pastor currently serving Crossroads Church is Dr. Neil Chadwick. During the four years years prior to this, Pastor Chadwick served as Senior Pastor at Clare Assembly of God, MI. He also taught Bible and Church Ministry subjects at Trinity Bible College. Before that his ministry included three pastorates in Connecticut, Massachusetts and New Jersey, which followed three associate pastoral positions in Boston, Philadelphia and Cleveland.

The educational preparation included an undergraduate degree at Northeast Bible College (now VFCC), a Master of Divinity at Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry from Hartford Theological Seminary.

Pastor Chadwick and his wife Gunnel have four children: Ted, 32, now serves as Music Director at Crossroads Church, Christina (married to Peter Willcox) and Melissa both live in New Jersey, and Elizabeth, 17, lives with her parents in Hamburg, NJ.

There is now a grandson in the family, Benjamin Daniel
