To engage in activities towards developing the mental, spiritual-moral and physical faculties of individuals, specially the youth of the land;

To educate and train individuals in the field of martial arts and sports specially the youth so that they may utilized their skill in defense of themselves, other people or their country wherever they are called upon to discharge their duties as able-bodied citizens of the Philippines;

To develop or inculcate in the minds of the youth consciousness and involvement in the task of nation building;

To initiate, promote or actively participate in civic actions which may be useful to the community;

To acquire facilities, either by construction, purchase, lease, bequest or donation any land, building , equipment and supplies as are or may after required in the conduct of its business from the members;

To borrow money and as security therefore, give alien in any of its assets, properties, loan papers and rights and interest acquired or assigned to it in any manner permitted by law;

To collect membership fees for operation, representation and other necessary expenses incident to its existence and for the purpose of research and dissemination of information which may be of help to its members and for carrying on and achieving its non-profitable aims and purposes;

To be a member of any other association or corporation with the same or related activities of this corporation;

To promote, negotiate, facilitate and maintain such other pursuits as may be usefully promoted towards the environment of the interest and welfare of its members;

To promote the art Tang Soo Do.
