Canada Darner

The Canada Darner is a northern species with a deep, right angle cut-out in the first side stripe on the thorax. The thoracic stripes on the male may be blue or green. The claspers are of the simple type. Females usually have green thoracic and abdominal markings but may also have blue markings.
