Most people think of Valentine's Day as a time for sweethearts. A time for flowers, and candy, and cards. There is nothing wrong with that. I like flowers as well as the next gal and candy probably alittle more. But this year I would like to reflect on the love that our Savior had for us. No greater love has or ever will be. That is really something to celebrate.
And just as Jesus loves us, he wants us to love each other. Everybody! Not just the people that we like but the people that are sometimes hard to love. Won't you ask Jesus to open up your heart today that you might feel a greater love for all?
"But now abide faith, hope, and love, these three; but the greatest of these is love." 1 Cor. 13:13
"This is my commandment, that you love one another, just as I have loved you." John 15:12
"And walk in love, just as Christ also loved you, and gave Himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God as a fragrant aroma."  Eph.5:2
"See how a great a love the Father has bestowed upon us, that we should be called children of God; and such we are... 1John 3:1
