Midtown Pocket Park
Here is another New York scene. It is of a wonderful little park wedged between several buildings. It's a  beautiful place to get away in the middle of the busy city. I thought it looked particularly charming on a snowy day in winter.

Midtown Chinese Restaurant
This is a speical painting because it was of a Chinese restaurant near my husband's apartment in New York. We went there often when we were dating, and walked by almost everyday.
I painted it in 1996.

Sequoia National Forest, California
I painted this in a class in 1974.  I've  changed my palette and technique over the years. I don't really feel it is "me", rather, the artist who was giving the class,

Fruit Bowl and Candlesticks
The still life was painted in my studio in 1997.  I like painting landscapes and scenes from photos, but I go through stages. I like to to set up still lifes too.

I forgot all about this painting. My daughter sent me this image recently. The painting is in her house now.  I painted it in the mid- 1970's.
