Announcement, Michigan State Game Trip (9/99)

ND-Michigan State Excursion

Depart: Friday, September 17th

Return: Sunday, September 19th

Transportation: via U.S. Air. Two separate departures of 25 participants each. If you have a preference, you must designate A or B (see below) at the time of the submission of your check. If A or B is filled, you will be assigned the other. If you do not receive your 1st choice, you will be notified at the UND Dinner.

Accommodations in South Bend: On Campus Friday and Saturday nights.

Cost per person is $395 (airfare $312; accommodations $50; game ticket $33). Ground transportation is not included.

How?: "Active dues paying members" whom have already pre-registered and:
1. Have paid their Club dues of $20 (which can be done at the time of the payment of the deposit under #3, infra) and
2. Have purchased a ticket ($25) to attend the Hesburgh UND Dinner on May 8th (which can also be done at the time of the payment of the deposit) and
3. Paid a $250 deposit (transferable but nonrefundable) for each of the trip package(s) pre-registered by March 26th. The payment of this deposit is due on or before 5:00 PM on Monday. April 20th with the check payable to the "NDMV Club" and sent c/o PKG&D, 12 Steuben Park, Utica, NY 13501. Full payment of $395 can be made at this time or the balance of $145 on or before August 1st. Those on the pre-registration "wait list", will be contacted. only after April 20th.
