Final Announcement, August 1999

TO: Participants in the Notre Dame Club of the Mohawk Valley

Michigan State Bus Trip

REMINDER: Any balance due (i.e. the difference between $275 and your initial payment) is payable on or before this Monday, August 9th. Checks for the balance due should be made payable to "NDMV Club" and sent c/o PKG&D, 12 Steuben Park, Utica, New York 13501. in addition, payment of the 1999-2000 dues of $20 is also required (per the original trip announcement) to be paid by each participant (but only one $20 dues payment needs to be paid per family) . Checks for dues should be made payable to "NDMV" and sent to Kurt Hameline, c/o District Attorney's Office, Oneida County Courthouse, Elizabeth Street, Utica, New York 13501.

The bus will begin boarding at 6:30 AM on Thursday, September 16th and will leave sharply at 7:00 AM from the Utica-Rome Bus Company located on Kirkland Avenue, Clinton, NY. We expect to be back in Clinton around dinner hour on Sunday September 19th.

For your comfort, you might want to bring a pillow and/or blankets for the bus trip. In addition, for those of you with video tapes (Notre Dame or non-ND related) you are encouraged to bring same for viewing.
