Communion Breakfast

This Sunday, April 22nd, the Club will have its Communion Breakfast. The designated Mass is the 10:30 AM service at St. John's the Evangelist. Whether or not you will be attending this particular mass, everyone is invited to the buffet brunch at the Yahnundasis beginning at noon. The price is $12 for adults and $7.50 for children which payment can be made at the door. In order to obtain a count for the breakfast, please call the Club's voice mail 315-794-9499 upon receipt for reservations,

University of Notre Dame Night Dinner

Mark your calendars for Friday, May 11th when our annual UND Dinner will be held. The event will take place again at the Terrace Cafe of the Fountain Elms beginning at 6:30 PM with a hour reception (which will be outdoors on the terrace, weather permitting) with dinner to follow. Tickets are $25 payable at the door. Reservations are needed no later than May 4th by calling the Club�s voice mail 315-794-9499. The guest speaker will be former Dean of Students, Jim Roemer, whom is now Director of Community Relations for ND. Mr. Roemer, a former University Attorney and Assistant District Attorney in South Bend, teaches as an adjunct professor in the Law School.

Student Send-off Picnic

The Send-off Picnic for incoming and returning students has been set for Sunday, August 12th at Verona State Park. Of the five extremely well qualified area high school seniors whom applied for admission, only one John W. Kaveney of Rome was admitted.

West Virginia Tix

There are still tickets for the ND - West Virginia game (10/13) available for sale. If interested, you need to call the Club's voice mail 315-794-9499 ASAP. Anyone interested in details regarding the Club's group excursion for this game should also call the Club's voice mail.

Blue & Gold Game Watch

The club's annual gathering for the viewing (via satellite) of the Blue & Gold game will be a week from Saturday, April 28th from 41:30 - 6:30 PM at Tiny's

Did you know?

1. For your information, the Club's own scholarship fund is providing some funding for eight current students at ND from our area.

2. ND will be playing Maryland at Giants Stadium on August 31, 2002 in a Kick-off Classic. Any interest in a Club excursion?

Fall Luncheons

Mark your daytimers/appointment books now. It will be fall before you know it! Every Wednesday beginning September 5th we will have our weekly noon luncheons at Tiny's through November 21st.
