In Evolution mode you become a racer against other Porsche drivers.  Evolution mode is split into two different eras, Classic, Golden and Modern era.  You can buy and race all the Porsche cars from 1950-2000.  You earn money by competing in tournaments.

    You can buy different parts for your cars to upgrade them to their full potential.  There is a small problem you have to overcome, your cars can get damaged and bashed which has to be paid for out of your race money.  A good hint is to practice your driving skills in Factory Driver mode before tackling Evolution mode.  Then you will get better at racing and will not bash up your car too much. 

    There are two types of tournaments there are rallies and normal tournaments.  In a rally all the times from your races are added up in a table to make a total time.  The racer with the least time is the winner and the second place time comes in second and so on.  In a normal tournament, you get a certain amount of points. Then at the end of the tournament the racer with the most points wins the tournament.
