Friday, April 2nd, 2004 Madison Square Garden, New York Cty

The show began as Andrew Ferreria and Jeremy Evans walked out to the ring dressed in suits. They got in the ring and Evans grabbed a mic. He told the fans to welcome the new co-owners of NCW. Evans said that its going to be a new day in NCW, and its starting tonight. Ferreria grabbed the mic and he said they planned this whole thing for a while now, and Kevin Paiva never even realized it. Ferreria said Paiva should've realized something was up when his assisant phoned him that night when Evans ran him down with a car. Ferreria then said that they tried to end him that night, but Paiva kept on coming so he had no other choice but to come back to NCW and become the ref in their match at SuperNet II. Ferreria said now that Paiva is out of the power picture, he and Evans can do whatever they want with NCW. Suddenly, Paiva came on the NetTron and the fans cheered. Paiva said tha he admit he was tricked, but he'll be damned if Ownership is taken away from him. Paiva said Evans and Ferreria are going to get whats coming to them real soon, because if he can't have ownership, then NO ONE will. Paiva left and Evans and Ferreria were confused in the ring.

In the back, Angela Cage is walking around with the Women's Championship on her shoulder and the fans cheered. She walked through the back and Officials and Netstars congratulated her for her win. Suddenly, she saw Joanne and Joanne didn't congratulate her and she said the title is rightfully hers. Angela ignored her and kept walking and Joanne shoved her from behind. Angela turned around and they started fighting. The Officials broke it up.

Evans and Ferreria walked into their office and John Ferreria and Monica were there. Ferreria told Monica to get the hell out of the office since shes fired. Monica left almost crying. Ferreria then stepped up to John and told him that tonight if he loses his match, hes fired.

Yolanda and Kyle Le Senoir Ass. Kyle asked her where bruno Sage was. Yolanda told him that he should be here soon.

John Ferreria took on Dave the Stud. Stud was able to get the Crazy Eight for the win. After the match, Evans appeared on the NetTron and he told John that he was fired, and so is Stud! Stud and John were pissed and Evans just laughed.

In the back, Jerry Price is with The Camaras. Craig said they were happy to be the new Tag Team Champions and they are willing to fight anyone thats wants a shot. Cn'N interupted them. Nathan told Camaras to give them a shot then if they were so willing. Thug Livin' then approached them and they stared off with Cn'N. Jamal said they wanted a shot too. Robby broke the tension and told them that they'll whoever deserves it more.

Ferreria looked out his office door and looked around. He saw johnny Mac and called him over. Mac walked up to him and Ferreria told Mac to get him a coffee or else he's fired. Mac walked off. Ferreria got back in his office but he couldn't close the door. He looked outside and Poppa Crush's foot was in the way. Crush walked into the room and shoved Ferreria out of the way. He stepped up to Evans and asked where are his benefits since Evans is owner now, just like he promised. Evans laughed and said since Crush lost the Extreme title he is nothing. Crush got pissed and Evans told him that tonight if he loses his match then hes fired. Crush left the room and slammed the door.

Linkin Core entered the building and the fans cheered.

DJ Xtreme took on Craig Camara. Craig won the match with a Cam Slam.

Footage is shown of the Jason Knoxville-Jesse Russell match at SuperNet II. Slow Orchestral music is playing and it shows Jason nailing Jesse repeatedly over the head with chairshots, Jesse giving an F10 to Jason off the top rope, and both men falling from the crane and through the ring. The ref counted to 8 and Jason got up and won the match as Jesse was laid out to the 10 count. Jason raised the World Championship in the air and the fans were on their feet. This monday on Force, Jason will return from his injuries and talk about his championship win! Also, Jesse will be in the house as well! Don't miss Force this monday!

In the back, Johnny Styles was taping his wrists in his locker room and the fans cheered. Liquid walked in and Styles stood up. Liquid asked him where he was after SuperNet, she thought they were gonna go out. Styles apologized and said he went out with Zach Stiller and Jason to celebrate their title wins. Liquid said it was ok, they always have tonight. Styles smiled and he said he'll be here.

Price is standing by with Sean Cena. Price asked him how he felt after Nathan Dupre cost him his match at SuperNet. Cena said Dupre was nothing but a french coward by attacking him behind his back. Tonight he's gonna get some payback on Dupre in the 6-Man and Morbid better not get in his way.

Mac walked to the Owners office and he handed Ferreria his coffee. Ferreria drank it and spit it out. Ferreria told him that he put to much sugar and he better get him another one. Mac left the room. Jeff Mathers walked in and told Evans and Ferreria that he was resigning to Inferno since he has nothing left to prove here since Corrosion is a lost cause. Ferreria and Evans gave him props and wished him luck. Jeff said he has a new client in the wings and hes gonna introduce him this sunday on Inferno.

In the ring, Bruno walked out. Bruno grabbed a mic and he said the reason why he hit Kyle was because it was long overdue. Bruno said ever since the AXW days, Kyle always held him back from his true potential. He said The Untouchables was nothing but a way to get Kyle some exposure from being around a legend like himself. In AXW, he was supposed to get the Xtreme Title shots, not Kyle. But because Kyle was a moocher, he got the shots and all he got was matches with people like Big Bry and Avenging Angelo. Bruno said he was tired of carrying Kyle around, and now hes a free man. Suddenly, Kyle walked out to the ring. He grabbed a mic and said Bruno was talking nothing but bullsh*t. Yolanda walked out to stop anything from escalating. Kyle told Bruno that if he really wants to kill the Untouchables, then its done. Bruno laughed and said he wasn't killing the Untouchables, it was just losing a member. Bruno stared at Kyle and Kyle shook his head. Kyle said if anyone is leaving its gonna be Bruno. Bruno then looked at Ylanda and told her to choose. He handed her a mic and Yolanda hesitated. Finally, Yolanda said screw this and she left the ring. Kyle watched her leave the ring. He turned back to Bruno and Bruno nailed him with the mic over the head. Bruno then picked him up and nailed him with Sage Handle Slam. Kyle was laid out and Bruno looked down at him and smiled. He picked his mic and said the Rookie Killer is back in town.

In the back, Ferreria and Evans watched what happened. Mac entered the room with another coffee and handed it to Ferreria. Ferreria spit it out again and told Mac to get him another one. Mac looked frustrated and he left. The Wolfpac then walked in and gave props to Evans. Bothelo said since Evans is owner now, that means they get benefits just like he promised. Evans laughed and said the Wolfpac lost at SuperNet so they get nothing. The Wolfpac started aruging with him and Evans told them to shutup and pack their bags cause their fired.

Core and AA were in the back and the fans cheered. AA congratulated Core on beating Razor and taking him out for a while. Core said he learned something last night, and thats that all business must be taken care of, it must not be left unfinished.

Silvana took on Denila. They took the fight to the outside and got counted out for a No Contest. After, Evans appeared on the NetTron and said that he doesn't need crazy whores in his company, so they're both fired. Silvana and Denila were shocked.

In the back, Yolanda had her bags and she was leaving the arena. Price ran up to her and asked her where she was going. Yolanda said shes going to a place where she's cared for.

Krazist is walking through the back and he saw Turismo. Krazist gave him props for winning at SuperNet and taking out Gino Civix, he accomplished the two goals he wanted to do. Turismo smiled and said he was proud of himself. Krazist then asked when he was gonna get his rematch, one-on-one with the champ for the first time. Turismo said he'll think about it and he walked off.

Johnny Styles took on Poppa Crush. Crush knocked Styles over the top rope and into the barricade. Styles nailed his head and couldn't respond to the 10-count. Crush won the match. After, Evans appeared on the NetTron again and he congratulated Crush for winning...but he was still fired. Evans laughed and Crush was snapping in the ring.

In the back, Mac brought another coffee to Ferreria. Ferreria drank it and liked it. He thanked Mac and then said your fired. Mac looked pissed and Ferreria just laughed in his face.

Crush is leaving the arena and he looks pissed. He stopped and saw the Wolfpac. Bothelo asked him if hes fired too. Crush looked at him and said Ferreria and Evans are taking this too far, and they're gonna regret it.

In the ring, Zach walked out with the NCW Championship. The fans were on their feet. Zach grabbed a mic and said he was proud to be the NCW Champ, and it was a hell of a fight against Matt Xtreme. Suddenly, Xtreme walked out to "Sexy Boy" and the fans cheered. Xtreme said Zach earned his respect last night and he hopes that Zach's first defense will be against him. They shook hands and hugged. Psycho Smyth walked out to the ramp with a mic. He said he was sick of watching this and had to say something. He said all the spotlight is going on Zach for the winning title, but none for him since he beat Chris Ajax at SuperNet anmd proved he was the better man. But no one cares about that, all they care about is Zach and his stupid win. Xtreme told Smyth to shut his mouth and bring it if he has a problem. Smyth said gladly and he started walking to the ring. He got in and the him and Xtreme exchanged punches. Smyth whipped him into the ropes and Xtreme reversed. Smyth went into the roeps and then Zach clothelined him over the top. Zach and Xtreme stood tall as Smyth regrouped to the back.

In the back, Ferreria and Evans are sitting down watching the show and Ferreria said nothing can ruin this perfect night so far.

The 6 Men are heading to the ring for their match.

Nathan Dupre/Avenging Angelo/Christian Rosario took on Sean Cena/Morbid/Linkin Core. During the match, Cena and Dupre started brawling and they left through the crowd. Core was able to get the Spear on Chris for the win. After the match, Core and Morbid celebrated in the ring and suddenly, Core speared Morbid. The fans were in shock and the booed. Core beat on Morbid some more and then nailed him with a Jackhammer. Core left the ring with a serious look on his face. Why Core? Ferreria and Evans then walked out to the ring and waited for Morbid to leave. Evans grabbed a mic and said since they started the show, they are going to end it. Evans was about to say goodnight to the fans but Paiva's music hit. Paiva walked out to the ring with his hands taped up. Ferreria and Evans laughed and told paiva if he wants to fight, then he can bring it right now. Paiva was about to get in the ring but Mark Welch appeared on the NetTron. Welch said the Board of Directors have been watching the show all night, and there is too much decention between the Owners and even with the Netstars. Welch said he evaluated the situation and realized from the other Board members that Ferreria never once got their permission to be the ref at SuperNet like he said. Because of that, it s only fair that Paiva is given ownership back. Ferreria and Evans were pissed and the fans cheered. Welch then said however, since Ferreria and Evans are currently owners, that they will remain that way. So therefore, there are now 3 owners of NCW each holding 25%. Welch then said, since there was a remaining 25%, it had to be filled. So the Board of Directors have decided to hire a man they feel is very qualified for the job. Suddenly, "Back in Black" hit and it was Jayson Derio!! Derio is in NCW! Derio is the remaining 25% Owner! The fans were in shock and so were the Owners. Derio smiled on the ramp as the show came to an end. Good night!
