Regional ST Meeting 23-Jun-2001
Meeting Notes:
I wish to again invite everyone to Hays, KS for the First North Central Region Storyteller Appreciation Meeting. The Storytelers are scheduled to kickoff our meeting at the Antique Mall Frontier Room. There will be a social event for those of you who are not storytellers. The meeting will begin at 1:00, although site should open around noon.
Barren Fields of Eden, the Hays Chapter will be hosting a game after the
conclusion of the meeting. Chapter ST, Gwen Richeson will be lead ST, as this IS a chapter game.
To clear up any confusion, this is NOT a mini-regional. This is a ST meeting followed by a local game.
Any last minute RSVP's needed to be sent before this to me by tomorrow evening at the latest. As our RST has to go out and purchase food for all of his loyal ST's <G> he needs final numbers for this task.
Remember, FREE FOOD for ST's, FREE social event for non-ST's and fun at a game.

From points west:
Take I-70 to Hays Exit 159. Turn right onto Vine (south) and then take the next right just past the 1st stoplight (at the Holiday Inn/Phillips 66 station). Follow the access road (which turns into 41st Street)about 1/2 mile to the Antique Mall, which has two large
yellow metal buildings on the right (north) side of the road. The meeting room is in the one to the west. The entrance is on the east side of that building.
From points east:

there hasbeen concern raised about the sagcity of being defensless in
such a dangerous area, and after consulting with theprince I have decided
to set up a munitionsroom to store additonal weapons should the need
arise... Only Deputies of The Keeper are allowed inthese rooms!!!!
Do notworry. If our unlives comeinto immediate danger I will deputize
able body kindred in amss to take care of the situation.
No Violence on ELysium
NONE. And if permission is granted by I to do so, then it will only
be
to remove the threat from the sacred ground of ELysium.
Protection coming to and from Elysium
Every kindred,be sabbat, Anarch, Independant, or Camrilla is protected
onELysium... see previous rule... Elysium also protects said kindred
coming to the grounds or leaving the grounds to a fixed destiantion.
I want everybody to know that I take this appointment VERY seriously. I
will handle all affairs on Elysium as if it were BUSINESS. And for those
of you who know my background, you know exactly whatkindof business I
am referig to
