It is doubtless that economy of Pakistan in Urban and Rural areas has taken the turn towards. to some recent past, but social development has taking the proper attention to bring it atlevel.the progress in socio-economic field could not improved because of  the social,political.it is progress can be undertaken only when local communities from their on institutions progress can level plan and undertake their on cultural development environmental program. Although government has recognized that there is disparity in social sector development efforts, therefore it has launched various   program such as social action program but there has not been any   remarkable progress so far . what are significant opportunities through its own plans/programs to overcome the poverty and became  a self sufficient through its own efforts.
