The day came in the middle of September, when Jerry mentioned a trip he was taking down to Mertle Beach, SC., and that he'd really like to use that Friday to stop by. | |
We talked for a couple of weeks on ICQ making arrangements for the one day we'd have to meet in person, and had desided to go out to Pungo, Va to a specail seafood restraunt for dinner. | |
Jerry had said he was leaving at 10 PM the night before, so we'd be able to spend the full day together with a dinner out, before he had to leave for the rest of his journey that weekend. | |
I watched the ICQ that Thursday night and didn't want to call him there, because I figured he was getting ready to leave anytime then, but as the time got later, I began to wonder. | |
