"So I will see you in an hour. Bye sweetie," Aimee said, then kissed Brian on the cheek and left.
Brian leaned back into the couch and flipped on the television. He, then, heard a knock on the door. He knew it couldn't be Aimee. He stood up and answered it. He saw a girl with long blond hair standing in front of him. It was Samantha, his old girlfriend he broke up with to be with Aimee.
"Hello, Brian," Samantha said with a smile.
"Hi," Brian said back to her.
"Can I come in? I just want to talk to you for a minute," Samantha said to him.
"Um, okay. Only for a few minutes," Brian said, then moved out of the way, so she could come in.
Brian watched her walk in. He didn't shut the door, but she went behind him and shut the door. Brian just looked at her with a weird look.
"So Brian... how have you and Aimee been doing," she asked.
"We are doing great. Why would you want to know," Brian asked her with suspicion.
"I just wanted to know," Samantha said with a smile.
She looked out of the window and saw Aimee walking up the driveway. She turned back and smiled at Brian.
"Well, I have to get going, Bri," Samantha told him.
"Okay," Brian said, then went to open the door.
"Wait, Brian. I have something to say first," Samantha said, going over to him.
He turned around and looked at her. He heard the door opening, and Samantha pulled him close and kissed him fully on the lips. Aimee walked in and saw them kissing. She dropped her bag and just looked at them. Finally, Samantha let go, and Brian pulled away from her. Aimee looked at Brian with tears in her eyes.
"Aimee, it's not what you think! Please listen to me," Brian shouted, then went over to her.
He put his hand on her shoulder. She looked at his hand and backed away.
"I can't believe you would do this to me, Brian," Aimee said with a choked up voice.
"Let me explain, please," Brian said, rushing over to her.
"No! No! Get away from me," Aimee said, then ran out of the room.
"Why did you do that," Brian said, pinning Samantha to the wall.
"Now you want to get close to me, huh," Samantha said with a smirk.
Brian unpinned her and glared at her. She laughed and waved to him. She blew him a kiss and left the house. Brian ran through the house to find Aimee, but she was nowhere in sight. He dropped to his knees and knew that he lost her.

"That's quite a story, Bri. I can't believe she thought you cheated on her," Nick told him.
"I know. I never got to explain to her what happened. I know I could have gotten her back, if I talked to her one more time," Brian said sadly.
"Can I ask one thing, though," Nick asked.
     "Yeah," Brian answered.
"Aren't you a little too old for her? She looks like she's only 19 or something," Nick asked.
Brian glared at him. Nick looked away and started to walk out of the room.
"She was 21, when we broke up. She's 22 now. I know she was young, but we just fell in love. What can I say? Love has no age," Brian said to Nick.
"Okay," Nick said, then walked out of the room and shut the door behind him.
